He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cleveland; his children, Phillip Cleveland (Mitzi) of Frisco, Texas and Monica Eledge (Cory) of McKinney, Texas; his grandchildren, Rachel Cleveland, Rylee Cleveland, Kathleen Murray, Bryn Murray and Charley Eledge; his sister Ruth Kemp (Joe) of Sherman, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Bernie Robinson of Kemp, Oklahoma, Peggy Cleveland of Arlington, Burma Daley (Jim) of Kemp and Betty Buchanan (Willie) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
