She is survived by: her husband Chester Billey; and her children, Diane Neese, Janice Smith (Gary), Anna Ivey (Calvin Reynolds) and Thurman Wright. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends.
