She was predeceased by: her mother Peggy Marie (Cates); and her nephew Grant Lowrey. She is survived by: her father Louis Ray Richardson (Mary); her husband Scott Underwood; her daughters, Hannah, Hollee and Hayleh; and her siblings, Ray Richardson (Shirley), Kenneth Richardson (Christina), Sandra Lowrey (Anthony), Alycee Evans (Gary) and Kristi Vinson (Kris). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
