He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Francis Hilburn and Freda Mae Alexander; his wife Margaret Ann Rouse; and his siblings, Janice Lavel Hilburn Gaddie (Don) and Hugh Caros Hilburn.
He is survived by: his children, Johna Howell (Keith) and Daron Hilburn (Rosa); his grandchildren, Jared Kinch Harris (Carly), Kolby Jae Harris (Jessica), Brandon Howell (Susan), Andrew Howell (Jessica) and Hunter Howell; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Harris, Brynn Harris, Ryder Harris, Madison Harris, Kyndall Howell and Kamryn Howell.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Whitt Funeral Home (4748 US-81, Duncan, OK 73533).
