It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vernon Chapman (Drummond, Oklahoma), born in Waukomis, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 8, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jo Ann; his daughter Cecillia Roberts; his grandchildren, Andrew Cochran, Shannon Spencer, Misty Glover, Tiffany Stone, Ashley Storm and Levi Whitehead; and his siblings, Elmo, Leo and Velma Milam. He was also cherished by twelve great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family has suggested memorial donation checks be made payable to Salem United Methodist Church or St. Jude's Hospital.
