Thelma Jean Franco Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma Jean Franco (Dewey, Oklahoma), who passed away on January 24, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lane and Lela Mae Fluty (Freeman); and her siblings, Charles, Robert Fluty and Melba Fluty.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Franco of Bartlesville, Kerric Franco, Mark Franco of Dewey and Angela Still of San Antonio. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
