He is survived by: his daughter Laura Grace of Oklahoma City; his brother Kelly Tompkins (Beth) of Texas; his children, Leroy Neal (Kat) of Skiatook and Leslie Culver (Stephen) of Bartlesville; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Kristina, Isaac Watkins of Bartlesville and Aaron Culver of Bartlesville; and his great grandchild Emersyn Hadley of Bartlesville.
