He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Foster and Edna Mae Foster; his siblings, Bill Foster and Aquilla Ann Newkirk; and his nephew Paul Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Frazier; his daughters, Lori Atkinson (Bill) of Grove and Linda Foster of Grove; his daughter-in-law Susan Foster of Edmond, OK; his siblings, Frank Foster (Jodi) and Betty Redman (Gary) of Independence, KS; his brother-in-law Pete Koperski of Turner, KS; his grandchildren, Tara Burkhart (Brandon), Eric Atkinson (Kari), Nicholas Foster, Jonathan Foster and Victoria Foster; and his great grandchildren, Austin of Avery, AJ, Leif and Zoey.
