She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert Jess Green and Maxine Beatrice Green (Woodring-Smith); her husband Eddie Ballard; and her grandchildren, Hunter Billbe, Stephen Panther and Patricia McCarty.
She is survived by: her children, Lilly Panther, Rebecca Panther, Miriah Hagebusch, Sara Panther-West, John Clark Panther, Quinton Ballard and Rayden Ballard. She is also survived by two grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
