He was predeceased by: his father John E. Thomas; his son Kenny Thomas; and his siblings, Dorothy Jo Roady, June Brazeal, Shirley Jenkins, Vickie Thomas and Johnny Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, Edward Thomas of Davis and Donald Thomas of Davis; and his grandchildren, Aaron Thomas, Heather Thomas, Kyle Thomas, Lil George Thomas, Jordy Whitaker, Sierra Whitaker, Savannah Whitaker, Kenny Thomas and Jake Thomas. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
