She is survived by: her parents, George Davis and Martha Lee Davis (Byington); her brother Susie; her sons, Dwayne Mayhall of Davenport and Donnie Mayhall (Tracey) of Oktaha; her siblings, Sue Ellen, Anna Lou, Patricia, Vonda, Wanda and George; her grandchildren, Joseph Mayhall, Michael Mayhall of Davenport, Aaren Murphy (Patrick) of Warner and Cole Johnson of Drumright; and her great grandchild Layla Murphy. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
