He is survived by: his parents, Clinton Womack and Edna Bundrant Womack; his children, Ryan Womack of Gentry, Mindy Parker of Siloam Springs and Sally Womack of Wisconsin; and his siblings, Greg Womack of Missouri, Susan Cunningham of Springdale and Margaret Kurr of North Dakota. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
