She is survived by: her children, Karen Lyn Sam of El Reno, Mia Marisa Sam of El Reno, Randall Gene Sam Jr. (Roxie) of McAlester, OK., Clifford Sam Sr. (Sandra) and Anthony Sam Sr. (Lucinda) of El Reno; her grandchildren, Renae Pedro, Jonathan, Mia, Kodi, Mya, Anthony, Amelia, Aron, Pamela, Randall, Harlan, Miles, Jeremy, Cedar and Hunter; her niece Debra Sam; her cousin Wilma Sonecalf; and her caregiver Anita Wynn.
