He is survived by: his children, Eusebio Ramos of Weatherford, Miguel Franco of El Reno, Estevan "Steven" (Priscilla Franco), Angelina "Angie" Rios (Benjamin), Teresa (Robert Morley) and Matilde "Tilly" Franco of Clinton; his stepchildren, Jason Cryer (Johnna) and Sabrina Huddleston of Clinton; his sisters, Connie Franco of Clinton and Irene (Daniel Williams "Uncle Red"); and his grandchildren, John, Phillip, Minnie Maria, Esperanza, Eusebio Jr., Armondo, Maria, Marcus, Tony, Charles, Andrew, Derek, Jason, Mason, Karson, Lilly and Riley. He is also survived by his family, friends.
