He is survived by: his mother Orella Sue Bickerstaff (Christian); his wife Tamra Bickerstaff; his children, Jacquelyn Bickerstaff, Jana Bickerstaff, Alison (Russell Jobe), Madison (Kelsey Jones), Levi Bickerstaff, Gracen Bickerstaff and Benjamin Bickerstaff (Raylyn Bickerstaff); his grandchildren, Tobie Bickerstaff, Charlotte Bickerstaff and Kai Jones; his siblings, Terry, Jack Gillespie, Brandan and Lori Bickerstaff; his parents-in-law, Howard and Barbara Ray; and his siblings-in-law, William Ray, Sherri, Kevin Chesney, Brian, Katie Ray and Dirk Webb. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
