He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Richardson; his daughters, Jessica (Jay Jerdee) and Alisha Johns; his wife Barbara Bennett; his sons, Todd Hawthorn and Shane Hawthorn; and his grandchildren, Mckenzie Jerdee, Jay Jerdee, Tyler Hawthorn and Devon Hawthorn.
