He is survived by: his daughter Shayla of Chickasha; his parents, Leroy Mayhugh and Betty Jean Ford (Pool) of Chickasha; his wife Patty Jane Burnett; his son Oldsmobile; his stepmother Pam Mayhugh of Chickasha; his son Jacob Mayhugh of Chickasha; his sisters, Stephanie Sloan (Brandon) of Amber and Missie Melton (Shayne) of Chickasha; his half-brother Troy Hoover of Missouri; his aunts, Charlotte McConnell (Glen), Mavis Smith and Vivian Dillard; his siblings-in-law, Todd, Robin Burnett of Newcastle, Joey and Angie Burnett of Burleson, Texas; his nieces and nephews, Stormy, Hunter Diedrich, Brandon and Jessica Burnett; his great-niece Evie; and his nieces and nephews, Adam Burnett, Savannah Burnett, Stanley Mayhugh, Rashanda Mayhugh, Mallorie, Patrick Reiss, Ayden Sloan, Wyatt Melton, Michael Dillard, Lisa and Ronni Smith. He is also survived by many cousins and other extended family and friends.
