She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Oather Levell and Lou Alice Levell (Anthony); her husband Van Foley; and her siblings, Jettie Raines and Harwell Levell.
She is survived by: her children, Vanie Maxine Jones of Chickasha and Terry Foley (Lezlie) of Crescent; her grandsons, Paul Jones, Jr. of Chickasha and Tom Foley (Tammy) of Moore; and her great grandchildren, Jordan Carl (Ashlee), Shelby Fields (Josh), Brad Foley (Lucely) and Ryne Winsett. She is also survived by five great-great grandchildren and other extended family and friends.
