He is survived by: his wife Judy Follett; his sons, David Melies (Diane) of Chickasha and Kevin Melies (Melinda) of Missouri; and his siblings, Patty Bartholomew of Arizona, Paul Melies (Debbie) of Kansas and Daniel Melies of Arizona. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and other extended family and friends.
