He is survived by: his mother Bobbie Hayes (Thomas); his wife Gloria Dahlgren; his children, Keith Hayes (Michelle) of Austin, TX and Natasha Brewster (J. R.) of Chickasha, OK; and his siblings, Dennis Hayes and Brenda Hayes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
