He is survived by: his spouse Thelma Smith; his daughter Brenda Carter (Jim) of Catoosa, OK; and his grandchildren, Amy Baker of Euless, TX, Josh Hall (Jessica) of Yukon, OK, Neisha Tipton (Vance) of Catoosa, Cecily Meadow (Douglas Meadow) of Bristow, OK and Jill Brock. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; and many other loved ones and friends.
