She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake E. Giles and Juanita Ruth Giles (Jones); her former husband George W. Daugherty; her spouse Jerry Denton; her daughters, Beverly Sue Daugherty and Vicky Dishong; and her siblings, Dimple Curtis, Wilva Nichols, Don L. Giles and Evelyn Janette Justice.
She is survived by: her children, David Ray "Duffy" Daughtery (Diane Carroll), George Lynn (Retha Daugherty), Jerry E. (Cathy Denton) and Becky; her son-in-law Richard Bohnen; and her brother-in-law Marshall Leon Justice. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; and a host of other loving relatives.
