He was predeceased by: his parents, Dillard Stiltner and Dorothy Stiltner (Shortridge); his son Josh Allen Stiltner; and his siblings, Dean Stiltner, Teresa Ramirez and Dorothy Stiltner.
He is survived by: his wife Raye Lynn (Davidson); his siblings, Charlene Stiltner, Gary Dangerfield and Norman Parsons; and his grandchildren, Dillon Shipley, Kolten Shipley, Casey Field, Tyler Smith and Trevor Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
