He was predeceased by: his parents, William Durham and Reba Pearl Durham (Hughes); his significant other Clara Fern Gardner; his son Michael; his siblings, Albert, Johnny, Raymond, Billy, Betty, Juanita and Ida; and his granddaughters, Carla Jan Smith and Brandy Dawn Button.
He is survived by: his children, Lee Roy Durham, Janet Sue Smith of Ulysses, Patricia Button (Edward) of Broken Bow, Everett LeRoy Durham (Ella Marie) of Keyes and Chad Durham (Jaynett) of Malinta, Ohio.; his sister Sue Kirby (Charles) of Colcord; his sister-in-law Norma Durham of Memphis; and his brother Robert Durham (Sue) of Cookson, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
