It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Combes of Boise City, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 25, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herbert Blakely and Winifred Blakely (Sowers); her daughter Melissa Fassiotto (Dave) of Cuchara; her grandsons, Kelby and Casey; her daughter Cindy Combes of Pueblo; her grandson Cory Fassiotto (Aubrey); her great grandchildren, Lena, Adeline Fassiotto and Presley Fassiotto; and her brother Herbert Blakely.
