She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walton "Jim" and Georgia Bowling (Merimon); her husband Frank Jerry Mayfield; and her siblings, Cratis Bowling, Jack "Red" Bowling, George "Smokey" Bowling, Rena Rider, Jimmie Joyce Broadbent and Mattie Flowers.
She is survived by: her children, Jenny Savage (Tim) of Blanchard, Frank Jerry Mayfield, II (Tammie) of Blanchard and Josh Mayfield of Blanchard; her grandchild Chisolm Perry (Amber); her great grandchildren, Leeanna and Raylee; her grandchild Sage Perry (Kassy); her great grandchildren, Larkin and Huck; her grandchildren, Jordan Birchum and Hunter Mayfield (Jaimee); her great grandchildren, Gyntery, Aspyn and Swayde Tate; her grandchildren, Holden Mayfield, Hadlie Mayfield and Alyssa Mayfield; her sister Judy Young (Ronnie); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Hill of Blanchard. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and loved ones and friends.
