She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward Shoemake and Zola Fern Shoemake (Forbes); her son Christopher Michael Lemons; her husband Gary Lemons; and her sister Cheryl.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melisa Dubbs (Jeff) of Blanchard and Khristen Hines (Vollie) of Blanchard; her grandchildren, Kyra Cox (Tyler) of California, Joshua Dubbs of Blanchard, Tyler Hines of Blanchard, Jordan Hines of Tuttle, Gavin Hines of Tuttle, Vollie Hines, II of Blanchard, Lillian Hines of Blanchard and Ford Creech of Tuttle; and her sisters, Kathryn Barta of Blanchard and Charlene Hughes (Jim) of Norman.
