It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rick Scoggins of Bixby, Oklahoma, born in Muskogee, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter Washington Scoggins and Ida Scoggins (Spears); and his brother Stacy Scoggins. He is survived by: his son-in-law Dan; his wife Paula Ann Scoggins (Seigfried); his children, Misty Dorsey (Dan) of Bixby and Ricky Scoggins (Jennie) of Bixby; his grandchildren, Ann-Marie Dorsey, Jaxon Dorsey, Drake Scoggins and Mason Scoggins; and his siblings, Jean Dorris of Yale, OK, Freda Lytle of Owasso, OK and Willie Scoggins of Checotah, OK. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and longtime friends.
