He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alfred and Greta Marie Schellack (Walthall); his significant other Deane Herriage; and his brothers, John Keith Schellack and JVan Schellack.

He is survived by: his children, Vickie Quilliams (Robert) and Rod Schellack (Nancy); his grandchildren, Dustin Moore, Carrie Hawkins (Jason), Heidi Wyrosdick (Brian), Andy Quilliams (Adelaide), Jake Schellack (Amanda) and Luke Schellack (Aleksandra); and his great grandchildren, Gabe, Josh (Bailey), Toby, Piper, Andy and Sebastian.
