He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard Green and Constance Green (Merriam); his sister Constance Ann Green; and his stepmother Kathy Green. He is survived by: his wife Judy (Godwin); his children, Laura Green of Kansas City, MO, Kristin Green of Moscow, ID and John Patrick Green of Bartlesville, OK; his uncle Mike Roberts; his sister-in-law Linda Godwin; his nieces, Whitney Pasquini and Lauren Nagel; and his pets, Truman and Dewey. He is also survived by several cousins; many friends.
