She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Edna Bass and Richard Edward Miller; her son James Dale Hill; and her siblings, Willie Miller, Walter Miller, Roy Miller, Wanda Allison, Cleta Barretta and Alice Barger.
She is survived by: her husband Edward T. Clapp; her children, Dianna Thornburg of Fairfax, Danny Hill (Lee Ann) and Peggy Hill (Patricia Reeves); her siblings, Mary Grayson of Pryor, Glen Miller (Clotis) of Barnsdall and Virgil Miller of Barnsdall; and her grandchildren, Jason Dolen, Angela Frazee, Christopher Thornburg, Zachary Hill, Johnny Reeves, Bobbi Jo Reeves and Luke Reeves. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
