Haywood of Foreman, AR.; his children, Mark Johnson of Ardmore, OK, Tyler Haywood of Ardmore, OK, Dayton Lewis of Northlake, TX, Sa-Ron Johnson of Lawton, OK, Ishiah Nugent of Ardmore, OK., Aspen and Tamia Nugent of Ardmore, OK.; his siblings, Mark Haywood of Hope, AR., Lisa Haywood of New Boston, TX, Margaret Haywood of Foreman, AR, Penny Haywood of Foreman, AR and Edna Haywood of Foreman, AR; and his half-sister Trish Wells of Grand Prairie, TX.. He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, relatives and friends.
