He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Leonard and Eliza Louise Perry (Miller); his wife Ruth Helen Perry (Smith); his daughters, Sharrie Perry and Karrie Perry Koonce; his brothers, Larry Perry, Robert Perry, Billy Martel, Dennis Perry and Kenneth Perry; his granddaughter Sarah Stultz; and his great grandchildren, Blaine Sechrist and Flint Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Perry (Darlene) of Harve, Richard Perry (Geneva Spencer) of Sherman, TX, Robert Perry (Marilyn Callicoat), Johnnie Perry of Atoka, OK, Thomas Perry of Madill, OK, Angie Sechrist of Madill, OK and Kelsie Perry of Madill, OK. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren, other relatives and many dear friends.
