He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis and Evelyn Lewis (Fegley); and his brother Jay Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lewis; his children, David Allan Lewis (Lesa), Darrell Dewayne Lewis (Betty), Darrin Anthony Lewis (Ruth Ann) and Diana Lynn Bruce (James); and his brother Robert "Bob" Lewis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives, friends, neighbors.
