He is survived by: his mother Hazel Pauline Hodge; his wife Debra Lynn; his children, Auto Body Shop, Justin Eugene (Deleigh Hodge) and Leslie Meacheal (Kyle Jameson); his sister Tammy Lucas; his grandchildren, Destiny Danner, Adyson Hodge, Jaxon Hodge, Twilla Hodge and Payton Hodge; his nieces and nephews, Steven Lucas, James Lucas, Timothy Lucas, Jacob Snyder of Jared Snyder, J. J, Jason Card, Chad Card, Alice, Dixie Snyder, Lily Card, Dakota Card, Crystal Card and Ra'chael Kelly; and his siblings-in-law, Melissa (Mike Snyder) and Robert (Cynthia Card).
