"Bill" Lewis; his brother-in-law Michael Anthony Lewis; his mother-in-law Patricia Lewis; his children, Christopher Michael Brewer (Lacey) and Michelle Lee Bain (Jantz); his brothers, Cecil Brewer (Debby), Doyle Brewer (Nancy) and David Brewer (Kim); his grandchildren, Lauren Guderyon (Josh), Jayla Jordan (Chad), Canyon Bain, Braden Brewer (Justine), Baileigh Vial (Rob), Austin Mackey Jordan (Dakota), Kadyn Mackey, Bryson Davis and Makenna Casey; his great grandchild Blakely Rose Brewer; his grandchildren, Byrdie Kay Guderyon, Presley Kay Mackey and Maverick Drake Mackey; his siblings-in-law, Bryan Lewis (Michelle) and Kyra Brehm; and his friends, Jim, Susan Brown, Russ, Janis Myers, Cliff, Nancy Thomas, Donna and Roger Mansell.
