He is survived by: his wife Shirlene Sue Halve; his family Phillip; his sons, Phillip David, David Willey, Darin Willey and Brett Willey (Sherry); his grandchildren, Carley Willey Morales (James), Jessica Willey, Skylar Willey, Jill Rubi Clark, Anna Willey and Mason Willey; and his great grandchildren, Victor Morales, Russell Morales and Jaxon Willey.
