He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurshel Bull and Ola Mae Boyd Bull; his father-in-law J. V. Lobaugh; his sister Anita Ramsey; and his brother-in-law Heyward Ramsey.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Lobaugh; his son Kerry Bull (Jaclyn); his grandchildren, Easton, Evyn and Moore; his daughter Sarah Yount (Reggy); his grandchildren, Jackson, Reed and Knox; his son Matthew Fibla-Yates (Emma); his grandchildren, Mia and Esmae; his brother Ricky Bull (Kayla); his nieces and nephews, Kennedy and Derrick (Whitney); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gracie and Lulu; his mother-in-law Laquita Lobaugh; his brother-in-law Lynn Lobaugh; his nephews, Ralph Ramsey and James Ramsey (Mary); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rachel and Reese; and also Connie. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
