He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert Burbank Sr. and Phyllis Jane Burbank (Cheney); his siblings, Peter Burbank, Charles Burbank and Annette Burbank; and his close friend Pauline Perry.
He is survived by: his siblings, David Burbank, Daniel Burbank (Kathy), Christopher Burbank (Mary), Denise Burbank and Michelle Burbank. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other family members.
