He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Duke and Clara Belle Duke; his brother Jessie Duke; and his extended family, Delbert Duke, Shirley Welch, Alice Hopp, Donald Duke, Darline, Paulette Richhart and Ruthy.
He is survived by: his brothers, Dennis Duke, Benjerman Duke and Benny Duke; and his extended family, Betty Duke, David, Mary Welch, Donna and Magoo Adams. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and friends.
