We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2023, at the age of 85, Betty J. Brown of Altus, Oklahoma, born in Sterling, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Hoover and Evie Hoover (Sharp); her husband Robert Brown; her brother Melvin Hoover; and her granddaughter Carrie Lenard.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Brown (Terri) of Tipton, Oklahoma and Brenda Akins (Don) of Altus, Oklahoma; her siblings, Billy Hoover (Shirley) of Weatherford, Mike Hoover (Marilyn) of Mesquite, Texas, Geraldine Arnold (Dalton) of Kermit and Cathy Weaver (Tim) of Tomball, Texas; her grandchildren, Jennifer Wolfe (Mike), Jeff Brown and Brian Archer (Kristin); her great grandchildren, Bryce Coronado, Graicyn Wolfe, Hunter Archer, Gunner Archer, Avery Archer, Keaton Lenard, Tyson Lenard and Jasper Lenard; and her great great grandchild Harper Coronado. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
