He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Franks and Ruby Franks (Long); his son Gregory Franks; and his siblings, Michael Franks and Helen Vester.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Franks; his children, Mark Franks, Janenne of Adair, Jeff Franks, Micki of Adair and Christy Kennedy (Jerry); his brothers, Dennis Franks of Porterville and Dale Franks (Ginger); his grandchildren, Tanner, Molly, Carson and Cooper; his stepgrandchildren, Sylvia, Amanda, Mike, Samantha and Daniel; and his pet Freddy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
