He is survived by: his father Roy Branch; his stepmother Vickie Branch; his son Cody Liverman; his brother Brian Branch; his stepbrothers, Jesse Farrell (Melinda), Justin Farrell (Bridgette), Jason Farrell and Jared Northcutt; his niece Breanna Highsmith; and his nephew Bradley Branch. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and good friends.
