He is survived by: his siblings, David Parsons and Carol Wilhelm (Nick); and his stepsisters, Karen Jackson (Andy) of Plain Dealing, LA and Karol Sidwell of Nashport, OH. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
