He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carter and Alberta Thomas. He is survived by: his children, John Carter (Shonda) of Zanesville Oh, Angelia Henry of Zanesville Oh and Alissa West (Cody) of Zanesville Oh; and his grandchildren, Cyrus Carter, Loretta Henry, Victoria Beach and River Thomas.
