Chad Michael Montgomery Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chad Michael Montgomery of Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on June 9, 2024, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lyle and Ruth Parris; and his grandmother-in-law Ross Huggins. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Montgomery and Valerie Montgomery (Parris); his wife Krysta Montgomery (Houston); his children, Houston Montgomery (Josie), Hayden Montgomery, Harper Montgomery and Heather Montgomery; his siblings, Rob Montgomery (Maria), Kim McFarland (Tony) and Heather Stubbs (Gary); his grandson Colter Ray; and his close friends, Josh Hartman and Tyler Tracy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins; several Aunts & Uncles.
