She was predeceased by: her parents, John Slike and Mary Siegel Slike; her son Alexander; her sisters, Norma Vilsack and Dorothy Kelly; and her stepmother Jane Slike.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard Koker; her daughters, Catherine Eleftheriadis (Roberto Gonzalez) of Sagamore Hills, OH and Kristen Snyder (Jonathan) of Ft. Wayne, IND; her grandchildren, Kai, Jacob Snyder, Nico and Ava Eleftheriadis; her brother Jack Slike (Betty); and her sisters-in-law, Emily Draca and Cathy Doslovic (Mladen). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, Sandy's family suggests guests in attendance wear masks or face coverings and respect social distancing guidelines.
In lieu of flowers, Sandy's family suggests memorial contributions be made in the form of Masses to be said for the repose of her soul.
