She was predeceased by: her parents, James Welsh and Mary Welsh (Pusic); and her spouse Patsy A. Carlini Jr.. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dr. Chris Pruitt (Val), Lysa Pruitt (Charlie), Anthony Merlino and Patsy Carlini-Pruitt; her sister Mary Grace Welsh; and her pets, Lucia, Marco and Rosie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
