He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Golis and Maria Stepanuik Golis. He is survived by: his sisters, Sonia Niro (James Kopanic) and Julie Mayhew; his nephew David Mayhew; his nieces, Rachel Mayhew and Kristen Colley (Carson); and his friends, Ivory Dipiero and Rebecca Branch.
