He was predeceased by: his father Linton Stephen; and his sister Helen Grice. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Warren; his sister Janice Marie Reed (Craig); and his sons, Richard Stephen Warren (Columbus) and Antonio Stephen Warren (Canton).
